WEBSITE DESIGN & ONGOING CARE
Your privacy
matters.
Last updated: 26 September 2026
This notice covers Felocity’s website design and maintenance website and business enquiries. For the community coordination app, please read the separate app privacy policy.
Who to contact
Felocity provides website design and maintenance services. For questions about information collected through this website, contact support@felocity.app.
Enquiries and your information
The enquiry form prepares a draft in your own email application. Entering information in the form does not send it to Felocity, and this website does not save the form contents. When you choose to send an email, Felocity receives your email address, the name and business details you provide, your message and any attachments.
This information is used to reply, discuss your requirements and prepare proposals. Where you ask for a quote or services, processing is necessary to take steps at your request before entering a contract, or to perform that contract. For other correspondence, the basis is a legitimate interest in responding to enquiries and running the business.
Website hosting and cookies
This website is hosted using Google Firebase Hosting. Requests to the hosting service include technical information such as your IP address, browser information and the requested URL, used to deliver and protect the website. This business website does not include advertising trackers, analytics scripts or non-essential cookies. It does not load the community app unless you follow an app link.
Service providers and sharing
Hosting and email providers process information as needed to deliver their services. Information may also be disclosed where required by law. Felocity does not sell enquiry information or add you to a marketing mailing list when you get in touch. Provider processing may take place outside the UK, subject to the safeguards applicable to those services.
How long information is kept
Enquiry information is kept while needed to respond and follow up, then reviewed for deletion when the discussion has ended. If you become a customer, relevant correspondence forms part of the project record. Information may need to be kept longer for accounting, legal obligations or resolving disputes. You can ask about the retention of your particular correspondence using the contact address above.
Your choices and rights
Depending on the circumstances, you can ask to access, correct or delete your information, restrict its use, object to processing or request a portable copy. Contact support@felocity.app to make a request. You can also raise a concern with the Information Commissioner’s Office.
Other websites and changes
Linked websites and the community app have their own privacy arrangements. This notice will be updated if the business website’s data practices change.
