Neighborhood Coordination Terms & Conditions

Last Updated: April 20, 2026

Welcome to Felocity. By accessing or using our application ("the App"), you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. These terms govern the high-trust coordination and discovery services we provide to local neighborhoods.

1. Acceptance of Coordination Terms and Eligibility

By registering for an account, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) and that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms. Felocity operates as a facilitation infrastructure designed to anchor neighborhood activities, sport matches, and local deals through a community-verified trust registry.

2. Community Integrity and Trust Economy

Core to the Felocity experience is the community trust registry. You agree to act in good faith when coordinating with neighbors. Commitments made within the App are tracked via your neighborhood Trust Score. Persistent absences, non-payment for coordinated goods, or misrepresentation may result in a formal registry downgrade or termination of access to the platform.

3. Independent Coordination Agreements

Felocity provides the technological handshake that facilitates discovery, but is not a party to any transactions or independent agreements made between neighborhood members. Organizers of deals or hosts of matches are solely responsible for the fulfillment, quality, and management of their respective activities. Felocity does not provide payment processing or escrow services; all financial transfers are conducted externally between members at their own risk.

4. Standards of Neighborhood Conduct

You agree to utilize the platform exclusively for lawful neighborhood coordination. We maintain a zero-tolerance policy for harassment, discrimination, or any conduct that compromises the safety and inclusivity of the local community. We reserve the right to audit coordination registries to ensure community safety standards are upheld.

5. Institutional Limitation of Liability

Felocity provides the coordination infrastructure on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Felocity shall not be liable for any disputes, damages, or personal losses arising from physical meetings or independent transactions between neighborhood members.

6. Registry Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate account access for any user who demonstrates a pattern of conduct that undermines neighborhood trust or violates the integrity of the community registries.

7. Governing Registry Law

These Terms and your use of the App are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. This ensuring that all neighborhood coordinations are grounded in a stable and recognized legal framework.
